    ST. LOUIS-SAN FRANCISCO RAILWAY COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:

      1. That under the current agreement Machinist Homer W. Jack-

    son has been improperly denied additional compensation in the amount

    of eight (8) hours at the pro rata rate for August 31, 1966.

      2. That the carrier be ordered to additionally compensate the

    aforesaid claimant in the amount of eight (8) hours at the pro rata

    rate of pay for August 31, 1966.


FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:


The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.


This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.


Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon. The issue contained in this dispute is identical to the issue presented in Award 5645. Therefore, this Claim will be denied for the reasons set out in said Award.

                  AWARD
