PARTIES TO DISPUTE
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 66, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL - CIO

SOO LINE RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the Current Agreement, Carman Oscar G. Munson
was denied eight (8) hours pay on September 21, 1965, and eight
(8) hours pay on September 22, 1965 when he was not permitted
to work his regular assigned hours.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to pay the aforesaid
employe eight (8) hours each day for the above mentioned dates.
FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the
whole record and all the evidence, finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this
dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the
Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute
involved herein.
Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon.
This case involves the same parties, Claimant, Agreement and issue as to
the work days of Claimant's work week as in Award No. 5736. For reasons
stated in that Award we will deny the Claim.
AWARD
Claim denied.
