              1. That under the current applicable agceemeat.the Caxrier violated General Rules 1, 3, 5s 8j, 9s .11 aced Appendix. "Q" cf: the current agreement when carmen other than those designated by the board or list were sent out of the Hamlet., North Carolina terminal. on a read trip.


              2. 'that accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Carmen F. Garris and H. A. Fischer three (3) hours and forty five (1+5)

The carrier or carriers and the eirmloye or employee involved in this dispute are respectively cagier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1930

This Division of the'Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute
involved herein. ---

        Part3,es to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon.


The parties aced the issues presented in this dispute are identical to those in Award No. 6416. For the reasons stated in that Award we will dismiss this claim.
