    Dispute: Claim of Employes:


          That under the current Agreement Machinist Kenneth W. Jackson (hereinafter referred to as Claimant) was improperly suspended from service on March 11, 1971 and subsequently dismissed on May 21, 1971 and that accordingly the Carrier be ordered to:


                1. Restore Claimant to service with seniority and service rights unimpaired.


                2. Compensate Claimant for all time lost with 696 interest added thereto.

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National .,ailroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
