        1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated the controlling.

            agreement, particularly Rule 97, when on July ti, 1970, other than

            Sheet Metal Workers were assigned the disconnecting and connecting

            of water pipes, removing old gaskets, applying new to water pump on

            Engine 945 at St. Louis, Missouri.

            2. That accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate Sheet Metal Workers Robert Riggs and Kenneth Porter for eight (8) hours each at the pro rata rate of pay for such

( violation.

    _Statement:


    The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Bo~Lrct by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from they employes that the case be withdrawn.
