2. That accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered
to compensate Sheet Metal Workers Robert Riggs and Kenneth Porter
for eight (8) hours each at the pro rata rate of pay for such

_Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Bo~Lrct by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from they
employes that the case be withdrawn.
