1. That under the current Agreement, 
Carman W. C. 
Davis, Hayne Shop,
Spartanburg, S.C. was improperly suspended from service from March 13,
to April 11, 
1972.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to reinburse Carman W. C. 
Davis
for all time lost beginning March 
13, 1972 
until April 11, 
1972.
3. 
That Carrier be ordered to pay an additional amount of six percent
(6%) 
interest beginning on date of suspensions, March 
13, 1972.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second 
Division of 
the National
Railroad Adjustment Boord by the above referred to orhanization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
