Findings:

The Second Division of the Adjustment Board., upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21., 1934.

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein,

Claimant., as a witness, attended an investigation of another employe charged by the Carrier with a violation of the Agreement. Said investigation was conducted on the claimant's rest day. He demands compensation for eight (8) hours and time and one half (lz) based principally on the provisions of rule 20 of the Agreement which reads:

Since the employee in question did not lose any time from his regular assignment, his attendance at the investigation having been on his rest day, we can see no basis for the compensation requested. Neither rule 20 nor arty other rule of the Agreement has been violated.
