ordered to compensate Sheet Metal Workers J. F. McCabe., E. D. Johnson,
C. V. Pillon, E. L. Shelley, E. D. Davidson and D. D. Cook for eight
(8) hours each at the time and one-half rate for such violation.

Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National..
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex pane form,
hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
