1. That the Kansas City Southern Railway Company violated the controlling agreement, particularly Rules 72, 74 and 75, when on May 19, 1971, other than Sheet Metal Workers were assigned

-closing valves, disconnecting hose, connecting hose, opening sanders and removing air hose from one side of units to other on Engine 609 Master, 624, 615, 607-Slave and 114 at Pittsburg, Kansas.

That accordingly, the Kansas City Southern Railway Company be ordered to compensate Sheet Metal Workers J. F. McCabe., E. D. Johnson, C. V. Pillon, E. L. Shelley, E. D. Davidson and D. D. Cook for eight (8) hours each at the time and one-half rate for such violation.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National.. Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex pane form, hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
