1. That under the current Agreement, Carrier improperly
removed the name of L. C. Foshee, employed at Western
Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, from Group
4
of the 1971
Seniority Roster, as well as removing his name from
Extra Group.
2. That accordingly, Carrier be ordered to correct the 1971
Seniority Roster of the Laundry employes employed at
Western Avenue, by returning L. C. Foshee's name, with I
i original Seniority dates, to the 1971 Seniority Roster
for Laundry employes of Western Avenue, Chicago, Illinois.

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
;Yational Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization is ex
pane form, hearing thereon was waived and the Division is now in receipt of
notice from the employes withdrawing ;& case.
