1. That I4Iachinist Helper Coleman Beamer was improperly compensated under the terns of the Current Agreement for September 6, 1971 (Labor Day) while on vacation.

2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Machinist Helper Cole-man Beamer for (4) hours straight time rate of pay.

Statement:

The above question eras submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived., and the Division is now in receiat of a request from the employes t::^at the case be withdrawn.
