L. E. O'Dell and. L. G. Morrison were denied their rights to service in
the Train Yard., Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
2. That the Carrier therefore be ordered to make the above Claimants w'nole b;
compensating them in the amclant of,eight

Findings:
The Second. Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the ·rrhole record and
all the evidence, finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved. in this
dispute are respectively carrier

within the meaning of the Railway
Labor Act as approved June 21,
1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board. has jurisdiction over the disp·ate
involved herein.
Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon.
The question to be determined in this dispute has been decided in Award No.
6420
of this Division between the same parties. The Organization has urged. that
Award No.
6420
be overturned as being palpably erroneous. We find no basis for doing
so, and will follow Award No.
6420.
