That the Carrier violated the existing controlling agreement when on Friday, November 19, 1971, the. Carrier ignored the
posted overtime roster for Wheel-Grinder Operators and assigned
the Wheel-Grinder Vacation Relief Operator to work the Wheel' Grinder.
That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate
Machinist T. Graham, hereinafter referred to as the Claimant,
eight hours (8) at the punitive rate of pay for the day, a
total of $63.60..
Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived,'and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
