Dilute: Claim of Employes:
1. That Electricians W. Bartz, T. Johnson, Jr. and N. Kruger were
improperly removed from their bulletined positions and assigned
other work, effective May 20, 1970.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to:
(a) Restore these employes to their former positions.
(b) Additionally compensate these employes at the straight
time rate
of pay while the
Machinist craft is doing
their
work, retroactive to
May 20, 1970, and
continuous until
practice is stopped.

Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
