I. That under the current agreement other than Laborers were used
to pick up scrap brake shoes in the train yards at Roseville,
California.
That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate Laborers'
A. Campos, E. Cravens, W. Gray, R. Muck, C. Sandoval, B.
Summers, J. Chavez, G. Fields, L. Meza, R. Range), C. E.
Setzer, and I. Esquibell, sixteen hundred and eighty (1680)
hours pay at the pro rata rate. This 1680 hours to be divided
equally between the above-listed employes hereinafter referred)
to as the Claimants. ..

Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
