        Dispute: Claim of Employes:


          1. That the following employee, W. McA uliffe, Electrician, was

              deprived of the double tine rate of pay worked on Sunday, May

              21, 1972 - three ( 3) hours - when he was called to work on

              the transformer at S.S. Glb.


That the above mentioned employee be compensated at the double time rats of- pay instead of the time and one-half rate he received for work parformed;on that day.

Findings:

The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21s, 1934.

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.

    Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon.


The facts in this case are identical with those in Award No. 6721, except that the Sunday work occurred on May 21, 1972 instead of May 7, 1972. The claim was denied in Award No. 6721.

The conclusions reached in said Award No. 6721, in Award No. 6662, as well as other P~so.~rds of this Division, are applicable to the instant claim and are affirmed.
