1. That the following employee, W. Kusinsky, Electrician, eras
deprived of the double time rate of pay worked on Sunday,
May 7, 1972 - three (3) ho:ars - when he was called to work
on the feeders at S.S. G16.
2. That the above--mentioned employee be cornpenesated at the double
tire rate of pay instead of the time and one half rate he
received for work performed on that day.

The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the wholes record
and all the evidence, finds
that:
The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this
dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the
Railway Labor Act as approved Jung 21, 1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the
dispute involved herein.
Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing
thereon.
The facts in this case are
identical with
those in Award No. 6721_
Claimant also worked on
Sunday May 7, 1972. The claim was denied in
Award No. 6721.
The conclusions rendered in said Award No. 6721, in Award No. 666:?,
as well as other-awards of this Division, are applicable
to the instant
claimant are affirmed.
