The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.

Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at haring there on.

The facts in this case are identical with those in Awar.d..No. 6721, except that the Sunday work occurred on May 14, 1972 instead of tray 7, 1972. The claim was denied in Award No. 6721.

The conclusions reached in said Award No. 6721, in Award No. 6662) as well as other Awards of this Division, are applicable to the instant claim and are affirmed.
