The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The carrier or carriers and the emYLnye or employes irvolvccj :.n this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.

Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon.

The facts in this case are identical with those in Award No. 6721, except that the Sunday work occurred on June 11, 1972 instead of I-lay 79 1972. The claim was denied in Award No. 6721.

The conclusions reached in said Award No. 6721., in Award No. 6662, as well as other Awards of this Division, are applicable to the instant claim and are affirz:ed.
