In view of the facts now clearly set forth in the handling on the
property, as stated above, we do not agree that claimant called on his
rest day is entitled to double time on the theory that he exceeded the
number of regularly assigned electrical workers on that day; that number
at that time being, "zero". .

Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the following employee. E. J. Murphy, Electrician, was
deprived of the double time rate of pay worked on Sunday,
February 6, 1972 - three (3) hours - when he was called to
work on the rectifier at Sub Station PS04.
' 2. That the above mentioned employee be compensated at the double
time rate of pay instead of the time and a half he received for
work performed on that day.
Find ings:
The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record

~ and all the evidences finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the employs or employee involved in
this dispute are respectively carrier and employs within the meaning
of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 2I, 1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the
dispute involved herein.
Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing
thereon.
This is a companion case to Award No. 6751. Except for the named
claimant and the Sunday date involved, the claim is based on the same
contention. The Record of the handling on the property and the
positions of the parties era the same.
It is not necessary to repeat the reasoning stated and the
conclusions reached., The findings in the case Award No. 6751 may be
considered as though set forth herein at length.
