Dispute: Claim of Employer:
1. That under the current agreement Electrician John Gab rus
was unjustly dealt with when the Carrier declined to compensate
him for twenty (20) minutes travel time from his headquarters
2. That, accordingly, Electrician John Gabrus be compensated $1.87
for these twenty (20) minutes travel time.
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
·~ in receipt of a request from the employer that tile case be withdrawn.
