        Dispute: Claim of Employes:


              1. That the Carrier improperly assigned other than Sheet Metal Workers to the erecting, assembling and installing of the sheet metal Duct work installed on the first floor of the Passenger Station at Roanoke, Virginia.


              2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Sheet Metal Workers E. W. Cormell, H. K. Ferguson and 0. W. Brown in the amount of 200 hours at the time and one half rate to be equally divided among them.

        The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
