1. That Sheet Metal Worker 0. C. Lane has been unjustly withheld
from service of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company.
2. That Sheet Metal. Worker 0. C. Lane be returned to work and
compensated for eight

hours per day at pro rata rate for
each work day of his assignment from March 22, 1971, until
July 8,
1971, being that Mr. Lane was off sick at different
intervals, and a new claim April
5,
1972,was initiated.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
,~,~ National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex paxte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
