1. That Sheet Metal Worker 0. C. Lane has been unjustly
withheld from the service of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad
Company.
2. That Sheet Metal Worker 0. C. Lane be returned to work and
compensated for eight

hours per day at pro rata rate for
each work day of his assignment from April
5,
1972, until he :is
permitted to return to his regular position.
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to .organization
? in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn
