Letter of Understanding of February 14, 1952, when they denied
Cayman R. A. Johnson, Memphis, Tennessee, his right to overtime;
on September

2. That accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be
ordered to compensate Cayman Johnson in the amount of eight hours

at punitive rate for Sunday, September
3,
1972.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex pane form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
