1. The Burlington Northern, Inc., unjustly, improperly, and
without supporting their position, suspended Mr. Jenaro
Cisneros from service thirty (30) working days commencing
October 20, 1972, to and including November 30, 1972.
2. That accordingly the Burlington Northern, Inc., be
ordered to make Jenaro Cisneros whole, compensating him
for all time lost, and removing all entries from his
personal record referring to this incident.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization,
in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt.of a joint request from the parties that the case be withdra-rim.
