Missouri Pacific Railroad Company
1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated the
controlling agreement, particularly Rule 120, when Wrecker
Crew Member, Cayman C. F. Gubanski, was not called for
wrecking service beginning 9:30 P.M., February 28, 1973,
North Little Rock, Arkansas.
2. That accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company
be ordered to compensate Cayman Gubanski in the amount
of twelve hours, thirty minutes (12' 30") at punitive
rate covering period 9:30 P.M., February 28, 1973 to
10:00 A. M., March 1, 1973.
Statement:
The above question was submitted t o the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt°of a request from the emioloyes that the case be withdrawn.
