        Dispute: Claim of Employes:


                  1. That the following employee, R. C. Dee, Electrician, was deprived of the double time rate of pay worked on Sunday, July 2, 1972 - tzoelve (12) and one-half ('-,) hours, when he was called to work a t the following Substations:


                  SS E01 - Penn Station - Trouble on A.C. grounding (8 firs)

                  SS G04 - Winfield -Supervisory trouble (3 his)

                  SS G07 - Yew Gardens -Supervisory trouble and blown

                  fuse (1.5 his)


,. 2. That, accordingly, Electrician R. C. Lie be compensated
                  at the double time rate of p,-iy instead of the tiii:e and

                  one-half rate he received for work performed on Sunday,

                  July 2, 1972.


        Statement:


        The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
