            1. That the following employee, R. C. Deep Electrician, was deprived of the double time rate of pay worked en Sunday, June 11, 1972 - two (2) hours and forty (40) minutes - when he was called to work on the door alarm at SS PG04,, Winfield*


            2. That, accordingly, Electrician R. C. Dee be compensated at the double time rate of pay instead of the time and one-half rate he received for work performed on Sunday,

 The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
