Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the
following
employee, R. C. Dee, Electrician,
was deprived of the double time rate of pay worked on
Sunday, July 23, 1972 - five (5) hours - when he was
called to work at the following Substations:
SS N12, Port Washington - Adjustment of voltage
regulator needed on speed
control (3.5 hrs)
SS NO6, Bayside - Rectifier off, high voltage
A.C. not working (1.5 hrs)
2. That, accordingly, Electrician R. C. Dee be compensated
at the double time rate of pay instead of the time and
one-half rate he received for work performed on Sunday,
July 23, 1972.
Statement: .
The above question was submitted to the Second
Division of
the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
