1. That the Carrier violated the controlling Agreement when
work belonging to the Carmen's Craft was assigned to the
Craft of Machinists at flayne Shop, Spartanbur;, S.C. on
June 30, 1972.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate
Carmen W. C. Eubanks and J. B. McDougle, Hayne Shop,
Spartanburg, S.C. for eight (8) hours pay per day each
at their regular rate of pay for June 30, July 5, 6, 7
and 10, 1972. Also eight (8) hours pay each at Vie
straight time rate for Carmen R. L. Godwin and H. M.
Frazier for July 3, 1972. ,
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the
Division
is now in
receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
