1. That the Carrier violated the controlling Agreement when work belonging to the Carmen's Craft was assigned to the Craft of Machinists at Payne Shop, Spartanburg, S.C., on June 29, 1972.

2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate Carmen W. C. Eubanks and J. B. McDougle, Hayne Shop, Spartanburg, S. C. for seven (7) hours each at the straight time rate.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
