1. That under the current Agreement, Machinists C. A. Harris
(hereinafter referred to as Claimant) was unjustly suspended
from service on November 10, 1973 .and subsequently dismissed
on December 12, 1973.
2. That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to restore Claimant
to service with seniority and service rights unimpaired, with
compensation for all wage loss, including any loss of health
and welfare benefits, from date of suspension to date of
restoration to service.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division-of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
