1. That Sheetmetal Worker B. A. Ashworth be additionally compensated at his established rate in the amount of four (4) Hours for work performed by others tha to Sheetmetal Workers on Caboose No. 355 on date October 7, 1974 and additionally compensated in the amount of four (4) Hours at his established rate for work performed by others than Sheetmetal Workers on Caboose No. 360 date October 3, 1974.

2. This, being a continuing claim, that the Claimant (Kr. B. A. Ashworth) be additionally compensated in the amount of four (4) hours at his established rate for each day Carrier records show others than Sheetmetal Workers performed sheetmetal workers work on other Cabooses.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization fn ex pane form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
