1. That the Texas and Pacific Railway Company violated the
controlling Agreement, particularly Rule 
65 
at Fort Worth,
Texas on February 14, 
1974 
when they improperly assigned
Carmen Perkins and Woodall the duties of removing pipes from
old commode and wash basin and applying new pipes to Microphor
commodes and 
wash 
basin by cutting, bending, and fitting water
and air lines of copper and galvanized pipes also applying
waste disposal lines on Cabooses 
13139 
and 
13113.
2. That accordingly the Texas and Pacific Railway Company be
 
ordered to compenstate Sheet Metal Workers M. F. Raney,
 
J. H. Harrison, N. R. Ward and M. D. Marr sixteen 
(16) hours
 
each at the 
pro 
rata rate of pay for such violation.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
'National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
