was unji.astly suspended .from the service of the Illinois Central
Gulf Railroad, from ?March

2. That accordingly the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad be ordered to
compensate ";ar Inspector William E. Bigby for all time loss
ac-aunt of the aforesaid
unjust suspension.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
ational Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
i:~ ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
