1. That under the current Agreement Car Inspector William E. Bigby, was unji.astly suspended .from the service of the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad, from ?March 7, 1975 until April 20, 1975, inclusive.

2. That accordingly the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad be ordered to compensate ";ar Inspector William E. Bigby for all time loss ac-aunt of the aforesaid unjust suspension.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the

ational Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization i:~ ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
