Dispute: Claim of Emgloyes:
1. That under the Current Agreement, Service Attendant C. G.
Washington was unjustly dismissed from service by Louisville
and Nashville Railroad Company at South Louisville Shops,
Louisville, Kentucky on August 20, 1974, and after a summary
investigation on August 1, 1974.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to restore Service
Attendant C. G. Washington to service with his seniority
rights unimpaired compensated for all lost time a t pro-rata
rate of pay, paid for any and all Health and Welfare benefits
lost plus vacation lost, effective August 20, 1974.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
