Dispute: Claim of FSigloyes
1. That the Texas and Pacific Railway Companyviolated the
controlling Agreement, particularly Rule 65, at Fort Worth,,
Texas on May 10, 197+, when they improperly assigned Cayman
Perkins the duties of removing pipes from old commode and wash
basin, applying new pipes to Microphor commode and relocating
wash basin and applying new pipes by cutting, bending and
fitting water and air lines of copper and galvanised pipes,
also applying waste disposal lines on Caboose No. 13126·
2. That accordingly the Texas and Pacific Railway Company be
ordered to compensate Sheet Metal Worker N. R. WARD sixteen
(16) hours at the pro rata rate of pay for such violation.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Hoard by the above referred to organization
in ex pane form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in
receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

Claim dismissed.
