1. That, under the controlling agreement, Carrier improperly
dismissed Steven B. Campbell, Daniel A. Matthews and Thomas
W. Dailey, Jr., by letter dated July 1, 1975, a s a result of
investigation held on June 16, 1975.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be orderee to restore Claimants
Campbell, 1~1,fa tthews and Dailey to the service of the Carrier
with seniority and vacation rights unimpaired, pair; for all
time loss and be made whole for health and welfare benefits
and all other benefits they would have earned at Sparrows
Point, Maryland, Patapsco and Lack Rivers Railroad Company.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex pane form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
