Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That machinist D.K. Laytart be compensated eight (8) hours
pay at the prevailing machinist rate of pay for other than
machinists performing machinists work on September 5, 1975.
2. The Detroit and Toledo Shore Line Railroad Co. is in
violation of Rule 34, of the controlling agreement.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
