Dispute: Claim of Employes-:
1. That under the current agreement, other than employes of
the sheet metal workers craft (Boilermakers) were improperly
assigned to perform sheet metal work consisting of installation of Cab Window awnings on Diesel Locomotives 1652, 1651,
1647, 1645 and 1650, fabricated from 14 guage metal in
Roanoke Shops, Roanoke, Va, beginning on August 8, 1974.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate sheet metal workers H. M. English and J. W.
Moore, in the amount of 15 hours, to be equally divided
among them for this work.
Statement
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte form, hearing thereon waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
