1. That under the Current Working Agreement the Carrier improperly allowed Cayman G. H. King, furloughed at Nar1o, Ohio, October 2, 1974, to perform extra work at Bellevue, Ohio, Car Shop, beginning October 3, 1974.

That the following Carmen, as listed below, be compensated eight (8) hours at time and one-half rate each day worked by Caiman G. H. King at Bellevue, Ohio, from October 3, 1974, and each day worked thereafter, as follows:

Findings:

The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The carrier or carriers and the employe ox employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 193+.

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.

Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon.

Except for the names of the employes involved, this case is identical to that covered in Award No. 7289 and the Award will be the same.

A W A R D

Claim No. 1 is sustained.

Claim No. 2 is denied.
