Dispute: Claim of Employes:
"1. That the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company violated
the controlling Agreement, particularly Rules 2, 3, 5, 17
and 30, when they arbitrarily changed the starting time of
the employees in the Wheel Shop at Springfield, Missouri
from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., effective September 22, 1975.
2. That accordingly, the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company be ordered to compensate each of the following employees
in the amount of 30 minutes each at their pro rata rate of
pay for each day they are compelled to start at 7:30 a.m.
and are denied their seniority rights."
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
