Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That machinist Henry Sanford be compensated eight

hours pay at
the prevailing machinist rate of pay for other than machinists
performing machinist work on July
8,
1975.
2. The Detroit and Toledo Shore Line Railroad Co. violated Rule
34,
of the controlling agreement.
Findings:
The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and
all the evidence, finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this
dispute are respectively carrier and employe within. the meaning of the
Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 193+.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute
involved herein.
Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon.
The parties and the issues presented in this dispute axe identical to
those in our Award No. 7309. In this instance the disputed work
was performed on a highway truck. The same reasonings and findings will be
applied hereto as contained in our Award No. 7309,
