1. That under the current agreement, Electrician Third Railman J. Gibbons was imporperly compensated for service which he' rendered on December S and December 6, 1975.

2. That tl;e Carrier additionally compensate the aforesaid emplos~e the difference between the time and one-half rate and the double time rate for work between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on December 6, 1975.

Statement:

The above question was submitte(? to t'~e Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment hoard by the above referred to organi.zation in ex pane form, heari.nn thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that toe case be withdrawn.
