Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated the controlling
agreement, particularly Rule 97 when on March 27, 1975, other than
Sheet Metal Workers were assigned the removing, cleaning, repairing
air conditioner duct vent covers on Buisness Car Coach No. 9,
Settegast Diesel Shops, Houston, Texas.
2. That accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered
to compensate Sheet Metal Worker T. Carson for four ('+) hours at the
pro rata rate of pay for such violation.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex parte foam, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in
receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
