1. That under the Controlling Agreement, Carrier improperly removed
C arman Patrick A. Fruscello from the Carmen' s Seniority Roster
at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 18, 197+.
That accordingly, Carrier be ordered to restore Carman Fruscello's
name back on the Carmen's Seniority Roster in his respective
place.

Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the
National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization
in ex pane foam, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be vrithdxawn.
