That .the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated the controlling
Agreement, particularly Rules 26(a) and 52(a,), when they arbitrarily
assigned Boilermakers to remove and replace six (6) I-beams from
a transfer table.
That accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered
to compensate the following Machinists be equally dividing among
them
440
hours pay at a Machinist's punitive rate of pay:

request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
