2. That accordingly the NoxfoLk, and Western Railzaay Company be
ordered to compensate the above named Machinists an amount equal
to the difference between actual earnings, if any, and the
amount they would have received if fully employed at their curxe..t,
protected rates of pay as machinists as well as be made whole
fox all other losses resulting from the improper furlough.
The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and
a17_ the evidence, finds that:
