1. That Cayman J. R. Johnson was unjustly disciplined; 10 days overhead suspension corimencing May
19, 1975
and ending May
30, 1975,
as
result of investigation held May
13, 1975
at 10:00 a.m. in the officof the Plant Manager, Raceland Car Shop.

Accordingly, Johnson is entitled to have said discipline and all
entries erased from his personal record.
Findings
The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and
all the evidence, finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the employe ox employes involved in this
dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the
Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 193+.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute
involved herein.
Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon.
The Board has reviewed the entire record in this case and finds that the
claimant failed to comply with. applicable rules for reporting injuries.
Therefore the claim must be denied.
