1. Under the current controlling Agreement, Mx. Ronald C. Redmond,
former laborer, Denver, Colorado, was unjustly dealt with and
dismissed from service of the Burlington Northern Inc., effective
November 30, 1676.

Statement:
That, accordingly., the Burlington Northern Inc. be ordered to
reinstate Mr. Ronald C, Redmond to service with seniority rights
unimpaired, with payment fox all time lost at the pro rata date,
including all fringe benefits and reference to this incident
stricken from his record,
The~above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex
paxte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
